HMM Modular Membrane Compressed Air Dryers
Membrane compressed air dryer
Air flow rates 2.4m³/h to 240m³/h
The Hankison HMM membrane dryers are a great alternative to refrigerant and adsorption dryers. Membrane dryers can be selected independently from the desired pressure dew point without maintenance. In order to protect the delicate membrane surface, particle, and oil-fine filtration are required.
HMM series Modular Membrane Compressed Air Dryers offer several great features:
- Multifunctional applications, no electrical connection needed
- No moving parts
- No liquid condensate is to be treated
- No oxygen loss
- Pressure-resistant aluminum housing

Typical Applications:
- Control & Instrument Air for outside installations
- Ventilation in electrical control cabinets
- Laboratory applications where small flows are needed
- Ex-proof applications
- Supply of air for purged bearings (Turn tables)
- Point-of-use installations
Criteria for choosing HMM membrane dryers:
- Small flows in combination with high-quality pressure dew points
- No electrical supply available
- Ex-proof application in combination with low capital investment
- Required high reliability (no rotating parts)
